My daughters friend, Lisa, and the wall hanging I made for her birthday. Again, the Jewel Box block, done in colors Lisa likes. Machine pieced, machine quilted.

Wow does that look different than the baby one! Isn't it fun to see the same pattern look so different!
Finn, I've never seen the jewel box with sashing and cornerstones between the blocks, it looks fabulous! I did one a few years ago for my grandmother for Christmas, but she passed away a few days before Christmas and she never got it. I'll have to pull it out and post a picture...
What a difference the colors make! I wouldn't have realized it was the same pattern.
