Saturday, Nov. 19th..a gray day..will be off shortly for a day of "sip and stitch" with my good friend Betsy. I'm still sewing down binding on the flannel quilt. I have all the strip sections sewn for the tree skirt. I'm using the 9 degree wedge ruler and the directions in Cheryl Phillips book, Quilts without Corners. I've promised her a tree skirt for several years now...this is the year she will get one. Hope you all are having a good day..*S*

Oh I can't wait to see your tree skirt! And have a lovely day sewing with Betsy! I"m off for a day of shopping with my friend and then pizza and movie while we sew!
I envy your friend Betsy...you two must have had a wonderful time.
