Oh it definitely inspires me. LOVE it, love everything about it.
So happy that the quilt picture has done it's job...*VBS* It was meant to inspire us...acoss the years.
I guess that's why, in my opinion, there is no such thing a modern quilting, without the foundation of the past. Quilters get so absorbed in the idea that what they are doing is "new" and "theirs"...ya, right...all the way back to quilts like this one, and the Gees Bend quilts.
Oh I love this! I don't now if I could ever make it quite as "unplanned" as it is - but I wish I could! It is wonderful!
