Here's another possibility for your overflowing 1.5" strips bin..*S* I want to have pieced ALL the ways to lay out a log cabin quilt. Streak of lightening is my favorite, I like the uneven number of blocks. I have done pineapple and barnraising, so I thought I'd try the light and dark squares, or Sunshine and Shadows. It's set 10 blocks wide by 12 long, and I wanted more length. I had some stars left over from another quilt and they were the right size..*G*. I call this quilt "Venture North"..the stars being the North Star, of course.
