A work in progress. Frankie is my Halloween quilt for this year. He's pieced, fused and confused. I've basted him down, and he's ready to embellish...BUT...he seems to think he's "in the dark"...LOL. I'm stumped about his eyes. Have tried several things and nothing looks right. He'll be getting shoe laces in his fashionable tennies, and buttons of course, and whatever else appeals to me...but...help!?!? Any one got suggestions for his eyes?????????

A layer or two of buttons? The plastic eyeballs that have the pupil that rolls around in them?
Hmmmmm...will have to try that on for size..the two buttons part. His nose and mouth will get quilted in, at least that's what I'm thinking. Also considering adding a pocket to his jacket that could hold some thing wiggly..*G*
No suggestions for the eyes, heres one off the top of my head, (what a connection there eh?) its not possible of course, but ping pong balls....just kidding of course! Once again, the colors are so colorful and cheery! I like that.
