A close up. The center squares are a sample package of Roberta Horton's plaid and stripes. They are something I received back when I was running the quilt shop. Believe it or not, there are 204 of the 3" squares in the sampling. The outer strips I am using are 1" strips. Posted by Picasa

Ooooo FUN! I love the shirting. I love the look it gives in any quilt. I'm to the point where I can't stand that white-on-white or cream on cream..when it comes to that I'd rather have muslin, at least muslin doesn't feel like it's got "paint" on it you know? But shirtings ALWAYS have a place in my stash!
