The closeup of the wonderful quilting...*VBS* I know some of you think I make my friendship stars backwards(point wise) but this is how MY book shows them. I don't think there really is one right way as long as the star can spin.
This quilt is beautiful and I really love the quilting...they did a great job.
Finn...I wanted to know a little bit more about quilting so I wouldn't ask such dumb questions, so I spent part of the afternoon reading about long-arm quilting and looked at the machines that it's done with. I had heard you use the words long arm and didn't understand, but was afraid to ask.
After looking at your quilts, I was amazed at the long arm quilting patterns made by the machines. I took a much better look at the quilt on my daybed...I never really appreciated how much work goes into its making.
You really have to know the work of the person you send your quilt tops to, because not just anyone can finish your quilts so beautifully.

LOVELY! I like it when they spin both ways, then neither is right or wrong.
Sometimes I make my stars spin one way and some times the other way. Depends on how I lay the first one out as to how the rest spin. :-)
Wonderful. I just love your quilts, and snow.
