The closeup..adding the setting triangles to each block brought them from 6.5" up to 9". The top get bigger quite quickly. That dark smudge, in the upper right corner, has plagued me since summer..do you know what it is?? I finally figured it out....it's what happens as my batteries get low. TODAY is the day I go and buy re-chargable batteries and a battery charger! At least now I know what the problem with my pictures is...thank goodness..*S* Posted by Picasa

I love your pastel quilt, its just lovely. No kidding, that smudge is what happens when your batteries get low! when ours get low, everything is out of focus, I think thats the cause of that anyway. I think you are right about our rocker being an old court house chair or some such. It gives a delightful rock, but is has developed a squeek...giggle. Wishing you a blessed Sunday dear friend. We have missionaries speaking for the next 3 days at church...missions conference...always a blessing. Better get to bed here...goodnight!

Your cake stand quilt is so pretty, Finn! What a way to use up fabrics...and make the blocks bigger, faster. Someone will be very blessed by your work and talent!

Just kidding. I like the yellow floral border. Very sweet. Well done Finn!
