Little Houses from Little Quilts book....a 20" X 20" wall hanging(I photograph against another quilts backing..that's the light floral you see beyond the edges of the houses). I'm trying for one last March FINISH of a UFO. I've tried for one a month, this year. If I get this one done by tonight, I will have finished 3 again this month...9 total so far for '06 ! I'm very happy about that. Only one side of the binding is stitched down as I write this morning. See explaination below...LOL I machine quilted this one...just stitching in the ditch. I did take time to match the thread color to each house and star. Had decided I didn't love it enough to hand quilt it....DONE is a good word!

Your little houses look like they stand out from here in Ky. because the stars look like part of them are positioned a little bit behind the house...it's an illusion.
I live in the house in the center of your wall hanging, with all my blogfriends all around me. Hugs from Sandy :) *VBS*
9 UFOs finished in '06. That's wonderful! Keep up the good work!
Finn,
This is too cute! And very little! Gosh, that takes a LOT of patience! Congrats on finishing 3 more UFO's...
Hugs

These houses are in the late evening . I love them ,Finn!
What great work Finn.
I've decided this is my last quilt with so much black. At least the red crochet thread stands out against the black so I can see where I'm going. :)
Congratulations on finishing so many projects.

Finn, these houses are adorable. I still have a house quilt in my hat. I have not made one yet but I want to so bad. Other things always get in the way. Thanks for sharing.
I like your little houses, Finn. Sometimes it's okay if the background is dark and they seem to melt into it -- just looks like houses in a dark sky!
cute wallhanging--looks like night time to me. Sorry that the binding is so difficult to see. I'll have to watch those dark backings if I am going to pass them on to someone else to finish up.
i love them Finn, so cute.
You have once again been a busy girl !
It's just a nighttime quilt is all. Too late to see the houses clearly but the stars shine and the windows are welcoming.
Congrats on getting so much finished, sorry this one is a pain...
I like the stars against the background fabric...and the little houses are darling. I wish I could get as much done as you do...smile.
awesome little house quilt Finn-quite charming! and wow, 9 ufo finishes-you go girl *vbs*
And I live in the one directly in the center house, bottom row of the quilt! What a cutie to not be called a UFO anymore!
