This is my view looking south. These small townhouses are set up in pair, front and back, so I suppose that is a four plex. Everything is one level, and you can walk from the garage right into the laundry room...no steps.

How nice to be all on one level. No steps....I like that. We have a ranch but our basement steps are well traveled with my craft/sewing room there and the laundry area and a family room w/the woodburner in it. And my hubby is converting the garage into a sunroom/workroom. I'm hoping to have a small concrete pad outdoors with a table to do stained glass on come spring weather. I haven't done any stained glass since Thanksgiving going on 2 years ago! Its getting time....smile.
