Not verymuch happening at my house right now. I'm having another "go round" with my eyes. Started up again on Friday evening, and I'm pretty much back where I was a week ago Monday Nothing that I am doing seems to be making any impact on it, so it's back to the eye doctor. Saw Tracey's lovely red, white and blue 4 patch yesterday and loved it! I decided to bring back one of mine in red, white and blue...with a couple of other colors tossed in..*VBS* Posted by Picasa

Finn, I'm so sorry to hear you are having more eye problems. I sure hope the doctor can help. Love this nine patch - those are exactly the colors in most of my house! One of these days I'll get around to making a quilt like that.

Feel better, okay. Not that you can read these at the moment.

Love the simple 9 patches! It's such a sweet and perfect quilt!

So sorry that you are having so much trouble with your eyes. I sure hope that the eye doctor can come up with something to remedy your eye problems. You love making quilts and I really hate that you can't do much of that right now :(

Take care and I'll say a few prayers for your eyes. Hugs,
Sandy :)

Hang in there with your eyes. It's tough when our bodies don't cooperate with our mind. Your quilt is beautiful--- timeless.

Oh I love it Finn! Red/White/Blue quilts are just so perfect! Sorry to hear about your eyes, but now I don't feel quite so bad about the bonehead thing I did. Had no car at home the last week and I had your address at work - so couldn't get your "stuff" mailed off ot you. So I am going to print it off right now!

Sorry about the eyes! Many prayers going out in hopes that they will improve and you can go back to playing with your fabric.

I just LOVE 9-patches. It's my favorite blocks and the one I fall back on when I NEED to sew but can't decide what to work on.

I'm sorry to hear your eyes are acting up...I will pray. A very cheerfull quilt and isn't cheerful just the best thing to have on hand...but sometimes scarce. ~~~I think~~~hubby and I are going to start listening to "THe Illuminator" by Brenda Rickman Vantreasse..ever heard of this one? The online reviews sound good. I'm wondering if there is swearing in it, which I don't want. Mother used to say, if wishs were horses beggers would ride...but sometimes its better to walk...*vbs*...*hugs my friend*
