Finn sez: "The beat goes on.....time for 'Let's Make a Deal' or 'The Price Is Right' *VBS* Onward and onward and onward I go...into the Valley of the 600..oppps, better make that 'the Valley of Organized'! Fabric samples that are supplied to quilt shops....TO GIVE AWAY TO A GOOD HOME( USA ONLY)! But.....you will have to pay postage this time *G*
My Trader Joe's tin was stuffed full of plaid samples. Each little stapled together pack has from 6, 10 up to 20+ pieces. A few are 1.5" by 3". Most are 2" squares. The amount is about a gallon bag, and I will add from my plaids collection to make sure your box is full! Most of these are Roberta Horton plaids.
A close up of what the little fabric packs look like. If you love plaids and little pieces for little quilts..you'll love these. A $5- priority box will do the mailing trick.
The other offer is this large popcorn tin of samples. They were really packed in there! Between 2 and 3 gallons plus. Again, each little packet has multiple pieces stacked and stapled. Biggest size I saw looked to be 3" or maybe 3.5" squares. Many are 2.5" and some are 2" squares as well as some rectangles. A $10 priority box should hold them, or I can split them and send half to 2 people($5 priority box). I will make sure the box is FULL! This is a definitely a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED DEAL! Tell me you want some, what you want and then GET AN EMAIL TO ME with your addy, and asking for mine.
Altho I love playing with these top quality samples, my cup runneth over...literally!

that didn't take long!
Love your book...of quilts given away...never thought to do that. I live in South AFrica, and am on a time table to use up all of my stash before I return to the States for good. Thanks for sharing the lovely photos. I appreciate all your work...and you certainly can be proud of what you are getting done.
