We have snow. We had rain, followed by sleet, which turned to snow. Welcome to Wisconsin! It is, however, a wonderful day to be inside, sewing *VBS*, and I am. I'm very happy to claim this UFO as 'finished'. I finished it last week, but haven't gotten around to a picture. Maybe I will consider making the Mama Cat and Baby that goes with it, now that the quilt is finished. Could be cute in the laundry room or hallway.
This is the UFO that was in line right behind the Fishie one. The pattern for this wallhanging dates back to the early 1980's. It's called Lonely Teddy and is from Wild Goose Chase pattern company. I'm about half through with the quilting already. It will get bound and then what?? I don't know. Maybe a grandchild would like it.
I added borders to this UFO from last year, and got it basted up, ready to quilt.
And this little charmer was finished on Sunday. The little HSTs came as orphan blocks from Gypsy Quilter last year. I joined them up a month or so ago and added borders. Last week I basted it along with the ones I showed in the last post, and quilted it in pretty much one sitting. The binding is my usual "oddity" type binding. I have a little doll that will be happy to have this quilt. *VBS* My eye is doing well. The eye drops seem endless, and have turned me into a clock watcher...which is NOT a natural thing for me. I'm doing my best to stay on schedule with the drops, however, since I have a lot at stake in keeping what I have for vision. Apparently you never get past the possibility of the transplanted corneas going into rejection form....that keeps me on track with the eye drops!!

I love your last two quilts. Too cute.
Love what you are doing! I have finished one of my New Year's challenges and will post it on my blog this week! Yea!!
I don't know if you have a timer on your microwave or stove but that would work to keep you on schedule with your eye drops.
glad things are going well.
*sigh* I do love the sound of your Wisconsin weather . . . we are headed back north of 70 this week.
You have been so very busy with your UFO's love seeing them get done - that little bear is so sweet.
Glad to know your healing continues well. McI' Annie's idea is such a good one . . . I'll have to tuck that one away for future refernce.
You have passed your snow on to us, and now we are just as white, and getting whiter.
I love your little quilts, the last one is singing to me!! what a scrappy little charmer she is!!!
I have 3 more UFO's in the done pile!! hip hip hooray!!!
Sweet little quilts. Take good care of yourself. We need your good example to spur us on.
I vote for doing the momma cat & baby!
Good luck with the eye drops. I am not a clock watcher either. But I need my snack "NOW." It is amazing how that changes when you have a reason. :o) I am actually suprised that starving baby has not started to punch...
Your little quilts are all so beautiful! And believe it or not, I have that lonely bear pattern somewhere! I thought it was so cute when I bought it!
Once again I love your scrappy quilts. The hst are my favorite, probably because it's what I have been working on. Way to go one 3 more finishes! YEAH!
YOur quilts are soooooo cute! Just a note to let you know I have completed my 5th and 6th finished quilt for my 5 projects challenge. (bit of an over achiever). Lizzie
You are an inspiration as always, Finn. I am working away on the UFO's. I cleaned out my sewing room today and found 2 more. One is a Xmas Tree friendship blocks top from 1985 I'd forgotten I even had! I'm almost done with 3 on my list. Just need binding. Should be finished by the end of the week. Hooray!
Good for you for finishing so many UFOs. You're an inspiration.
Wow Finn, you're way ahead of me. You're wrecking the curve for the rest of the class!
I am so glad for your finished, each one has it's charm. Keep up with them drops! Do you have to put them in all night too??
Love seeing your finishes. So glad you have much improved sight.
Hugsxx
