I've hung the first quilt!! I pinned this little personal challenge quilt above my sewing machine, It's an odd little thing, but I like it, and it's hand quilted, something I'm not doing much of anymore My hands have grown quite stiff over the past few years.
Ebby says it's home, she has found a pile of quilts I'm sorting.
This week I'm working on finishing up this Scot's Plaid from the Rainbow Scraps Challenge of 2011.
And last, but not least, another snow picture for those of you who don't have snow of your own...enjoy!

I do like the quilt you have hung up. It's nice that you have a quilt inspector to help you. That rainbow quilt looks ready to be finished and thank you for the snow photo. It blustered here a bit this morning but of course, nothing stayed.
Wow snow! Goodness, our daffodils are blooming and I saw buds on my lilac bush. Spring is coming in fast here.
I saw the first dusting of yellow pine pollen on my car this morning...southern "snow!"
We did not get ANY snow this year, so far, anyway. :/ I love your little quilt that you hung---and yes, it's home. :) Woman, do you know that I cannot cut a straight strip of fabric???? I've been cutting up fat quarters, was going to share a strip or two with you, but seriously Finnie, I cannot cut a strip without a bow in it. :/ I'm seriously challenged. LOL However, if you don't mind ripply strips I will share with you. :0
Won't be long before you become so settled in there you'll forget it's a new place.
Thanks for the snow. We never get any here, so seeing other peoples winter wonderlands is fun. Love the pink, it looks like spring even if the weather doesn't.
Ebby is just adorable, I love seeing pictures of her - I hope she's settling in nicely. The quilt you hung is so sweet - I always love pieced houses.
Be sure to have a great weekend Finn hon.
*hugs*

Love your house blocks mixed in together with others. Glad to see Ebby is recognizing the proper use for a quilt pile :)
Pipette looks like that too. Pretending she's cross when she's actually quite happy.
Your houses are lovely.
Love the little quilt you hung to christen your new home. We didn't get much snow this year, which is fine by me!
