HAPPY BIRTHDAY KATHLEEN !!! Kathleen is my middle sister, and is 7 years younger than I am. She was born April 6, 1947 on Easter Sunday morning. She arrived with the sunrise..*VBS* And she is still a "sunrise" person..*S*. Kathy's safe arrival was a blessing for our family. My mom had lost a baby boy in Decemer of 1945. Thank you for your kind words about my quilts. Traffic has increased tremendously to my site since you put the word out. Now I feel obligated to keep my posting up ... at least every other day, if not every one. Presently I'm posting descriptions of the 21 quilts that were in the "2006 Festival of Quilts". They represent the span of the 12 years I've been quilting. Future postings will cover the other 200+ quilts made through that time.
I also want to thank you for introducing me to your site and several other quilters who I now read on a daily basis.
Well Happy Birthday to your sister. Today, my cousin became a grandmother so there is another family celebrating todays special meaning !
