What I am, you see, is in the mood to quilt more of Tonya's free form fans. I came across my little halloween piece that I had practiced on..yup, it put me in the mood. So once I get this little oddball whipped together, I'm all set. The blocks are just 5" and will finish at 4.5", probably a small border..and I'm off and running by tonight..*VBS* Sometimes it just SOOOOO nice to have piles of "no purpose" blocks laying around...*G*

Look good Finn! Looks like it will wotk up nicely for you. I love to quilt baptist fans... they seem to fit whenever you have a quilt that needs something, but nothing wants to fit!
Can't wait to see the end project!
Very cute blocks :) Glad you're back lol I missed ya ;) xoxo melzie
Looks great. Love the colors. I was begining to think you had fell in your scrape bin and got lost! *smile*
Ahhh Haaa! Very clever! And I can't wait to see your free form fans on it!
a fun small project-good for you! Finn....playing is always a good thing.
Wonderful project Finn. The fans will look great on it.
Finn, it looks great! What a fun way to use "spare" blocks. Playing is so much fun - I think that's what I liked the most about the string quilt. (And I love your ironing board cover fabric!)
Missed your posts a lot - how you're back for awhile.
Oh cute! the plaid is perfect!!

If your room hadn't been messy, and you hadn't decided to clean it up, you probably wouldn't of found the squares and the plaid material. See how nice it is to have all that material lying around to choose from? And look what you have done with it...it's beautiful. *VBG*
