The raffle quilt from my guild. The top was made completely by one person, and then the quilt was passed from member to member for the hand quilting. You had to sign up, and at the meeting each month, it changed hands. As you can see from my notation, I quilt the cross hatching of the muslin in the bears and trees section. The pictures were taken in my lviving room at Christmas time. I see one of my Father Christmas over there on the wall.*S* Posted by Picasa

I like the appliqued top on this quilt. (I plan to applique a train silohuette to the top of a rail road tracks quilt. Similar idea, huh?)

Looks beautiful. I've always wondered how to hand quilt and descriptions make it sound hard.
