Just popping in on a gloomy Saturday...

to say "hello" *VBS* It's been a busy week with rental unit re-newal stuff, and a couple of shopping trips for groceries, etc. I've done very little actual sewing since last weekend, and I DO miss it!!The picture is an older one, but certainly applies to the weather today. Cold, blustery and a great day for baking cookies or making home made soup. I think I may do both! I'm so pleased that since posting our "finishes" in my last post, I've heard from quite a few of you with new finished to report. My plan is to count the total again on 10/31. At that point we will have exactly 2 months to finish up what we've chosen. I know alot of you think I'm going great guns on my finishes, and I am proud of what I have accomplished so far...*VBS* But for the record, I haven't worked on a UFO other than the one I'm hand quilting since last SUNDAY!! Gotta change that today. I'll be back later with the UFO that I'm ready to bind, and the quilt blocks that captured my attention. I sooooo wanted to start something NEW yesterday, but re-directed myself to a rubbermaid with nearly ALL the blocks I needed for a snuggle quilt. I did finish up the last 8 blocks I needed and am pressing them today. See ya later! *VBS*

I'm fighting starting something new, too.

The world is starting to look like one giant hexagon to me. ;)

All the best.
