the kind of September, when love was an ember...about to billow...try to remember....and if you remember....then follow...** Looking back is often seen as a marking of passage. But looking back at favorite things...ah, now THAT is another story completely. Are you ready for September??? *VBS* I am.

September takes on an entirely different meaning now! I'm definitely ready ~ I'm promising. September doesn't really arrive until November in Florida but maybe it'll come earlier with our appreciation of the month, whatever she may bring!
I love this photo, Finn. It's filled with things that make me smile. *karendianne.
I love to look back. It's far better than living in the past and, in my opinion, a great way to improve the future *s*
I'm surely ready for September - the changing seasons will be here for me to experience first hand . . . . I can hardly wait *S*
Memories- what would we be without them? I was drawn to your rug with wooden spools photo from my first visit here. Ah, a girl after my own heart! : } pokey
September, to me is a rite of passage. Summer transitions into Autumn, children and teachers return to school, many of my flowers begin to dry on their stalks and branches and school supplies are all on sale. Even though my children are all grown, I still have to buy just one box of crayons, some glue sticks and a spiral notebook or two;) Are you counting your crayons yet, Finn? I bet it's time for a brand new box!!
Mr. Wonderful's favorite play!
I am not ready for September! I'm not sure if my jeans still fit!
I remember that song. September is a time to look back. For 35 years I started a new school year and had kids starting a new school year. I go in to Target and it is weird not to buy notebook paper. I am happy with my life now but it was so exciting to get your classroom ready and see those eager faces on the first day of school.
I'm so looking forward to Sept. Although I have wonderful memories of the summer, I'm ready for Sept.
Not quite there yet, but nearly. We're still in the top 20's, bottom 30's, but the schools go back next week and the long range forecast is predicting a max of 20°C on Friday. How does the weather know?
Hugs
