So many of you have asked, and continue to ask about my eyes..*VBS* And I thank you for the concern, prayers and support. I wish I could really tell from day to day, how they are doing, but any change is subtle. Maybe that's a good thing. The new problems with the left eye seem unchanged from Friday's visit to the dr. I'm putting in the drops but it seems to have changed nothing. It's still bloody, itches and weeps. The right eye, I hope and pray, is at the end of it's problem. I'm still on antibotics, drops and steroids. That will be the case for several months...at least the steroid drops, as that staves off rejection. I see the younger "eye guy"(who isn't my type..lol) today, again. He's well versed in corneas and having him 20 miles away at the office of my real dr., is a blessing. Otherwise I'd be headed into the millions of cars and people and "stufff" at the U of M. Much longer and more difficult trip. This eye stuff isn't like cancer, where you can go into remission and carry on, it's a process of maintaining what vision I have. I have no more alternatives.....BUT....I can still see to quilt, and see color and sew.....so I'm doing fine..*VBS* Big hugs to all of you who worry about me....*VBS* Posted by Picasa

Thanks for the further explanation - it helps to know just what thoughts and prayers to send your way.

Thanks Finn for bringing us up to date on your eyes. I had heard it mentioned before but never really knew about your eye trouble. I will pray that your eyes clear up and maintain what vision that you have. The dear Lord above may even do one better on us and grant you better sight...you just never know.

Not a day goes by that I don't think of you. You're such a special person and you've drawn us all to your side.

I hope you have a wonderful day after your appointment.

Hugs.

Darilyn and Tigger, too

I've been wondoring how you have been doing, but didn't want to ask in the comments. I will keep praying too. You are special to me too. I'm glad to hear that you can see to quilt and sew. 'Sunshine' to you dear Finn.
