On a sunny summer Saturday....

please do come and sit a spell *VBS* My South Beach set up is ready, and I'd love your company today *VBS*
All around are signs that summer is in full swing now.
And with tomorrow being the 15th of June, I thought I'd start celebrating the 4th of July early this year. I don't have many decorations for the Independance Day Holiday, but do check out Vera at KC Quilter, she has really lovely things every year.
I'm sure you think I've been doing nothing but enjoying life, but I've beem busy....honest. I've have the Quilt 4 Leukaemia done except for the binding. I'll put that on today. And....with another grandchild coming in July, I'm into production of burp cloths. I've pull out my flannel scraps, and have 11 cloths so far. A dozen is a good number. I found some cut squares in there too, will sew those into 4 or 9 patches. I'm keeping busy *VBS* How about you???

Shooo, don't mind me, I'm just dropping down into this lovely chair with the rag rug to catch my breath, have a glass of iced tea with you, chat for just a few minutes and catch up on our daily happenings, and enjoy all of your lovelies! :) Oh, and do you think Ms. Ebby might come sit on my lap for a spell? It's just so inviting here...under the tree...

Your cozy spot looks very inviting, Finn. Wish I could hop on over and join you for an afternoon of gabbing and stitching *s*

Your yard looks so inviting. I'd love to stop by for a cup of tea. I heard there is some flooding in WI. Hope that it is nowhere near you.

Looks like you just went in to get your lunch sandwich. I'll be in the other chair when you come back out. Your summer yard looks to good.
